Website purpose

The website provides general information about LANY, its capabilities, products and selected projects. Its content is not a binding offer, quotation, final engineering specification or commitment to enter into an agreement. Any project, product or service will be governed only by an express, approved agreement.

Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful personal and business purposes and to learn about LANY. We may restrict or block access that violates these terms or puts the website, its users or others at risk.

• You must not disrupt the website, bypass security measures or attempt unauthorised access.
• You must not systematically collect, mine, download or copy content using a crawler, scraper, bot or other automated tool, except for ordinary search-engine indexing in accordance with the website’s technical directives.
• You must not use website text, photographs, visualisations or data to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial-intelligence models without LANY’s prior written permission.
• You must not frame any part of the website, falsely imply an association or endorsement, or use content in a misleading or rights-infringing manner.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, rights in the website design, text, visualisations, photographs, marks and content belong to LANY or have been lawfully licensed to it. Third-party client names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Content may not be copied, published, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but changes, inaccuracies or temporary interruptions may occur. Images and visualisations are illustrative, and actual outcomes depend on each project’s requirements and specifications.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Israeli law governs these terms, and disputes will be determined under the applicable rules of jurisdiction in Israel.

Changes to these terms

We may update the website and these terms from time to time. An updated version applies from the date it is published on the website, and the latest revision date will appear at the top of this page. A material change will not apply retrospectively to a separate agreement already entered into, unless lawfully agreed otherwise.

Severability, no waiver and language

If a provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent possible. LANY’s decision not to enforce a right in one instance is not a waiver of that right in another. The website is available in Hebrew and English; in the event of a conflict or inconsistency, the Hebrew version prevails, subject to applicable law.
